On February 2, 2016, the China Haisum received the High and New Technology Enterprise Certificate that was jointly issued by STCSM, Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Office, SAT and Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Local Taxation on October 30, 2015, with the period of validity of three years.
This is the second time that the China Haisum has obtained the certificate through review since it passing high and new technology review in 2013. According to relevant regulations of Administrative Measures for Recognition of High and New Technology Enterprise and the Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China, the China Haisum is entitled to apply for a preferential tax policy of "reduction in enterprise income tax rate by 15% within three years" upon the receipt of the qualification certificate of high and new technology enterprise. This policy will exert a positive on the China Haisum's business performance and talent introduction etc. within next three years.
