A few days ago, China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. convened a cadres meeting that was attended by Chen Esheng, Member of Standing Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Poly Group Corporation, Party Secretary and Chairman of Sinolight, Yang Jianjun, Director of Organization Department and HR Department at Sinolight, Li Yimin, Director of Board Office and Party Committee Office of Sinolight, the leadership team of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., leaders of its subsidiaries, and the middle-level cadres at Haisum's head office. The meeting was chaired by Director Yang Jianjun.

At the beginning of the meeting, Director Yang Jianjun read out the Notice on Appointment and Removal of Xu Datong and Yan Xiaojian: Through studies and with the approval of Department of Organization at CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and CPC Shanghai Economic and Information Committee, Xu Datong was appointed as Chairman (legal representative) of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd.; Yan Xiaojian was removed from the Chairman (legal representative) and director of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., and got retired. Other duties of Yan Xiaojian were automatically removed according to legal procedures.

Chairman Chen Esheng gave an important speech on behalf of the party committee of Corporation. According to Chairman Chen, the adjustment of leadership team for China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. was determined by the party committee of Corporation through careful planning and deliberative study based on the development situation of the Corporation and the overall situation of leadership team building for secondary units, as well as the practical situation at China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd.

On January 20, 2018, China China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. convened the Eleventh Meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors through communication voting, where Mr. Xu Datong was elected as Chairman of the Company's Fifth Board of Directors.
