The heat was terrific in this hot summer. On the morning of August 23, Zhang Jianxin, President of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., Vice President Chen Rongrong, Vice President Zhou Yuan and the relevant personnel of functional departments expressed solicitude for the staff working at a several construction sites in Jinshan Chemical Industrial Zone to safeguard their physical and psychological health.

Despite high temperature, the leaders went to the sites of Toho Chemical's phase-II expansion project and KAO's phase-II project. At the temporary conference room on site, the leaders gave audience to the reports of Site Manager Ling Yun (Toho) and Project Manager Wu Jiale (KAO) on construction site of the projects. Upon completion of the reporting, the leaders asked carefully about the working performance of personnel on site, the progress of project, and the safety measures, and watched and learned about the module display of 3D design for the KAO project; in addition, the company leaders instructed to the on-site personnel to attach importance to work safety while speeding up the progress and assuring the quality; the leaders expressed their gratitude and high temperature condolences to the employees who have been working on construction sites for a long time for their contributions to Haisum; finally, the Company leaders delivered cooling ointment, toilet sets and other cooling supplies to employees.
