On the afternoon of November 6, Zhao Guo'ang, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Poly Sinolight and Chairman of China Haisum, met with a delegation led by An Shengjie, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Xinxing Cathay International Group, at China Haisum's headquarters. The two sides held discussions on cutting-edge areas such as smart engineering and intelligent manufacturing, exploring opportunities for cooperation and pathways for future development. Also attending the meeting were Mo Li, Deputy Chief Engineer and Director of the Science and Technology Department of Xinxing Cathay International Group, and Bao Xiaoying, Director of the Operations Management Department, as well as Li Shijun, Party Secretary and President of China Haisum.

Zhao Guo'ang extended a warm welcome to An Shengjie and his delegation. He noted that Xinxing Cathay International Group is a well-known large, diversified enterprise in China, with a full-fledged industrial system spanning advanced materials, modern textiles, and other key sectors. As a core member of Poly Sinolight's Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute, China Haisum has long been committed to deeply integrating digital and intelligent technologies into the entire lifecycle of engineering design and construction, while providing integrated solutions to support the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries for their high-quality development. He noted that there are broad prospects for cooperation between the two sides in industrial chain collaboration and co-creating application scenarios. He also expressed the hope that they would join forces to develop benchmark projects with industry-wide impact and foster a new pattern of high-quality development that yields win-win outcomes.

An Shengjie expressed appreciation for the warm reception and noted that Xinxing Cathay International Group is currently at a critical stage of advancing intelligent manufacturing, building smart factories, and developing modern industrial chains. He highlighted that China Haisum possesses strong technical expertise and management experience in engineering design, project management, digital delivery, and full-lifecycle smart engineering services, with highly aligned strategic directions and development needs between the two sides. Mr. An expressed his sincere hope of establishing a regular interaction mechanism to further explore cooperation potential in areas such as smart industrial park planning, digital upgrading of production lines, intelligent environmental protection, and coordinated development of overseas projects. He also proposed jointly exploring new models of collaboration and innovation among central state-owned enterprises to better contribute to the development of China's modern industrial system.

Prior to the meeting, the delegation toured China Haisum's brand exhibition hall, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's innovative practices and strategic layout in EPC, expansion into overseas markets, digital transformation, and intelligent manufacturing, among other aspects.
