On the morning of December 9, 2025, China Haisum officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement on smart factory technology pre-research with Kunshan Banknote Paper Co., Ltd. Ma Peng (Party Secretary) and Ma Yuefei (General Manager) from Kunshan Banknote Paper Co., Ltd., and Li Shijun (Party Secretary and President) and Zhang Zhi (Executive Vice President) from China Haisum attended the meeting.

During the signing ceremony, Ma Yuefei and Zheng Wen, Party Secretary and General Manager of China Haisum's Shanghai headquarters, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Ma Peng expressed appreciation for the warm reception extended by China Haisum. He noted that the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks a crucial step for both sides in advancing toward a new stage of intelligent manufacturing, as well as a new starting point for leveraging each other's strengths and deepening collaboration. Ma expressed the expectation that, through close cooperation, both parties would translate smart factory blueprints into benchmark projects, so as to promote the intelligent and green transformation of banknote paper production, set an example for digital transformation across the industry, and achieve mutual benefit and shared development.

In his remarks, Li Shijun emphasized that Kunshan Banknote Paper, as a core enterprise in the production of banknote paper, plays a vital role in safeguarding currency paper supply and advancing technological progress in the sector. He noted that China Haisum has long been committed to industrial digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing, actively exploring ways to empower traditional industries through technology and foster new growth drivers. The company will dedicate high-quality resources and expertise to developing tailored intelligent solutions for Kunshan Banknote Paper, in a bid to jointly propel the industry's transformation toward integration, intelligence, and sustainability, and to set new industry benchmarks.

Prior to the meeting, the delegation from Kunshan Banknote Paper toured China Haisum's brand exhibition hall. Relevant department heads of Kunshan Banknote Paper, as well as relevant heads of China Haisum's headquarters departments and its Shanghai headquarters, also attended the meeting.
